Farm to Table, Soul to Palate

Our kitchen draws its inspiration — and ingredients — from the land that surrounds it. Vegetables from our organic farm, fish from our pond, and spices from the neighbouring plantations come together to create dishes that are as authentic as they are unforgettable.

Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Lunch: 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM
