JOHNS VILLAGE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • JOHNS VILLAGE does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within same day of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  • In case of any Refunds approved by the JOHNS VILLAGE, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 Days Prior to Arrival:

Reservations cancelled 30 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund.

Cancellation 20 Days Prior to Arrival:

Reservations cancelled 20 days before the arrival date are eligible for a 75% refund.

Cancellation 15 Days Prior to Arrival:

Reservations cancelled 15 days before the arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellation 7 Days Prior to Arrival:

Reservations cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Transaction Fees:

Any transaction fees charged by payment processors such as Razorpay will be deducted from the refund amount.

Force Majeure:

In cases of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided without additional charges.

Online Cancellation:

Log in to your account on our website and follow the provided cancellation instructions.

Email Cancellation:

Send an email to with your booking details and the reason for cancellation.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling Requests:

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 15 days before the original check-in date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and any differences in room rates.

Rescheduling Fees:

The first rescheduling request is free of charge. Subsequent requests may incur additional fees.
