Booking and Payment

Room Booking:

- - To book a room at John’s Village, you must complete the booking process on our website and provide accurate and complete information.
  - Booking is subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment:

- - All payments for room bookings must be made online through Razorpay.
  - You must provide valid payment details when making a booking.
  - The payment will be processed in the currency specified on our website.
  - We do not store your payment details on our servers. Razorpay handles all payment processing securely.

Cancellation and Refunds:

- - Cancellation policies and applicable refund amounts are detailed on our website and in your booking confirmation.
  - To cancel a booking, you must follow the instructions provided on our website or contact us directly.

Hotel Policy and Rules

Dear guests,
To ensure the safety and comfort of the Hotel guests during their stay, we have clarified some Guidelines given below.

Valid photo ID proof of all Guests is to be produced at the time of Arrival, Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa
Check-in time is 02:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Subject to availability, early check-in, and late check-out will be considered with extra charges.
Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited. Found smoking in the room to be charged 1000/-
The guests are not allowed to bring food and beverages from outside into the hotel or order food to the hotel from outside
The guests are not allowed to bring visitors entry to the guest room Without prior permission from the management Extra Guests will be charged 1,000/ Per person
The hotel keeps the right to refuse reservation/ further hospitality to the Guest who is Drinking alcohol in public, or nearby pool premises, creating a nuisance, and disturbing other Guests.
Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid Identity Proof.
For any Damage done to the hotel amenities, articles, furniture, property., etc., by or due to guests themselves or their visitor or any other person for whom they are responsible, Registered guests will be held responsible and so must make up to pay and settle for such loss and damage in full as deemed appropriate by the management.
It is not allowed to take out the hotel amenities from the room (pillows, blankets, towels).
Guests are requested to kindly take due care of all their personal valuables and belongings.
Hotel Management Will Not Accept Responsibility For The Loss Or Damage To Any Personal Belongings
Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at the hotel Reception only.

Timings

Check-in time shall be at 2:00PM and checkout time shall be at 12:00
Our Restaurant closes at 10:Pm, Last Order will be 09:30 Pm (for small orders)for large orders, To be discussed while reservation
Common pool Timing is : 8am to 8pm, usage of pool is prohibited after 8 pm
Our Main gate will be closed At 10 Pm for guests security and privacy and will be re-opened in the next day morning only

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

*Cancelling 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be refunded in full
*Cancelling 20 days prior to the date of arrival is eligible for 75%refund.
*Cancelling 15 days prior to the arrival date is eligible for 50%refund.
*Cancelling 7days prior to the arrival date is not eligible for any refund

Responsible Drinking(Alcohol ) policy.

It is strictly prohibited to consume alcohol publically within any area of the hotel including Banquet Hall. Pool areas, Public Areas, etc…
Hotel keeps the right to refuse reservation/ further hospitality to the Guest who drinks alcohol in public, nearby pool premises, creates a nuisance, and disturbs other Guests.
Any guest who appears to be over-drunk will not be serviced or admitted to any public area of the hotel.
Any guest who acts in an aggressive, violent, or threatening manner will be ejected from the hotel immediately and asked not to return.
Alcohol will not be served to any Guest by our staff and staff have the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any guest
Anyone found using or under the influence of illegal drugs or substances classified under the Narcotic Drugs, will be reported to the police and asked to leave the Hotel.
Any guests (Banquet guests, staying guests )who Are not permitted to conduct any liquor party on the hotel premises
Any guests (Banquet guests, staying guests )who Would like to conduct a liquor party should get licensing permit from the Excise department of Kerala / local administration
Guests are requested to observe, abide by confirming to, and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
The Management Reserves the Right to add, Alter or amend any of the above policies, Terms, conditions, And Rules at any point in time without prior notice
